Il s\u2019agit ici de venir appliquer un film de protection microfin qui est int\u00e9gralement utilis\u00e9 pendant le processus, par exemple l\u2019usinage d\u2019une pi\u00e8ce.<\/p>\n<p>Nous exploitons l\u00e0 deux propri\u00e9t\u00e9s physiques. D\u2019un c\u00f4t\u00e9, nous diminuons le coefficient de frottement gr\u00e2ce \u00e0 l\u2019application d\u2019un film d\u2019huile protecteur et nous limitons par l\u00e0-m\u00eame la cr\u00e9ation de chaleur de friction. Que cela arrive au niveau de l\u2019ar\u00eate de coupe d\u2019un outil d\u2019enl\u00e8vement de copeaux ou en utilisant un outil de formage a peu d\u2019importance. Cette chaleur de friction ou bien encore ces traces d\u2019usure adh\u00e9sives et abrasives venant avec le temps d\u00e9finissent et limitent la dur\u00e9e de vie des outils et influent par l\u00e0-m\u00eame consid\u00e9rablement sur leur rentabilit\u00e9. La transition de phase du film d\u2019huile protecteur de l\u2019\u00e9tat liquide \u00e0 l\u2019\u00e9tat gazeux absorbe beaucoup d\u2019\u00e9nergie et assure ainsi des conditions de temp\u00e9rature constantes au niveau de l\u2019outil ou de la pi\u00e8ce. La micro-couche fluide assure de plus une dur\u00e9e de vie de l\u2019outil largement prolong\u00e9e et de meilleures surfaces de pi\u00e8ces gr\u00e2ce aux lubrifiants haute performance sans impuret\u00e9s d\u2019UNILUBE.
