{"id":2103,"date":"2021-03-23T09:42:36","date_gmt":"2021-03-23T08:42:36","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/unilube.ch\/2021\/03\/contrle-du-processus-de-microlubrification\/"},"modified":"2021-06-24T17:42:51","modified_gmt":"2021-06-24T15:42:51","slug":"contrle-du-processus-de-microlubrification","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/unilube.ch\/fr\/2021\/03\/contrle-du-processus-de-microlubrification\/","title":{"rendered":"Contr&ocirc;le du processus de microlubrification"},"content":{"rendered":"<h2 class=\"vc_custom_heading text-left\">La s\u00e9curit\u00e9 du processus avant tout<\/h2>\n<p>Nous comprenons les efforts g\u00e9n\u00e9raux de digitalisation comme le souhait d\u2019aller vers plus de s\u00e9curit\u00e9 dans les processus de production, au-del\u00e0 du d\u00e9veloppement de nouveaux mod\u00e8les \u00e9conomiques. C\u2019est particuli\u00e8rement vrai, selon nous, pour l\u2019industrie de transformation des m\u00e9taux. Notre hypoth\u00e8se de base est qu\u2019un processus correct et r\u00e9gulier produit une qualit\u00e9 correcte et homog\u00e8ne. C\u2019est pourquoi, chez Unilube, nous misons fortement sur le process lui-m\u00eame et sa stabilit\u00e9. Le contr\u00f4le du processus est, par contre, avant tout un facteur de co\u00fbt, parfois in\u00e9vitable, et il ne devrait \u00eatre mis en place que lorsqu\u2019on ne peut faire autrement. Il n\u2019emp\u00eache, nous avons test\u00e9 diff\u00e9rentes choses dans le domaine du contr\u00f4le de processus &#8211; comme par exemple le dosage contr\u00f4l\u00e9 par capteur.<\/p>\n<h2 class=\"vc_custom_heading text-left\">Une quantit\u00e9 dos\u00e9e contr\u00f4l\u00e9e par capteur<\/h2>\n<p>Le dispositif exp\u00e9rimental comprenait un capteur de laboratoire qui surveillait la position de la tige de piston (cf. Figure 1), respectivement sa course. Le signal obtenu permettait d\u2019enregistrer de fa\u00e7on pr\u00e9cise aussi bien la quantit\u00e9 dos\u00e9e que le nombre de cycles de dosage. Les r\u00e9sultats \u00e9taient plausibles et tr\u00e8s int\u00e9ressants. Comme on avait choisi un capteur compact, cette technique de capteur pouvait aussi \u00eatre utilis\u00e9e sans probl\u00e8me pour des syst\u00e8mes multi-buses. D\u00e8s lors qu&rsquo;il y a un besoin client, rien n\u2019emp\u00eache une r\u00e9alisation du point de vue technique. Une alternative possible moins on\u00e9reuse serait le contr\u00f4le des pointes de pression, on ne pourrait certes pas surveiller la quantit\u00e9 exacte qui est dos\u00e9e mais on pourrait surveiller le nombre de cycles d\u00e9clench\u00e9s. Il est possible de calculer tr\u00e8s clairement les co\u00fbts, mais beaucoup plus difficile d\u2019\u00e9valuer les b\u00e9n\u00e9fices attendus ou de d\u00e9finir les donn\u00e9es \u00e0 r\u00e9colter, \u00e0 traiter ou m\u00eame \u00e0 enregistrer. Si nous mettons la s\u00e9curit\u00e9 du processus en premi\u00e8re place, notre conseil quant \u00e0 la microlubrification est le suivant\u00a0: \u00ab\u00a0Le contr\u00f4le du processus devrait \u00eatre r\u00e9alis\u00e9 directement via le signal de commande de la machine. Il est par ailleurs absolument imp\u00e9ratif de contr\u00f4ler le niveau du r\u00e9servoir de lubrifiant. Mais l\u2019\u00e9l\u00e9ment le plus important pour une tr\u00e8s haute s\u00e9curit\u00e9 du processus r\u00e9side dans l\u2019utilisation cons\u00e9quente d\u2019outils lubrifi\u00e9s de l&rsquo;int\u00e9rieur.\u00a0\u00bb Ainsi, on atteint un maximum de s\u00e9curit\u00e9 dans le processus et on comble en m\u00eame temps les attentes de l\u2019industrie 4.0 \u2013 sans parler de l\u2019am\u00e9lioration de la rentabilit\u00e9 qui est obtenue dans le domaine de la dur\u00e9e de vie des outils et du temps d\u2019usinage gr\u00e2ce \u00e0 l\u2019usinage quasi-sec.
