Mais les attentes importantes que soul\u00e8ve cette combinaison n\u2019ont pas \u00e9t\u00e9 satisfaites jusqu\u2019ici. A quoi est-ce d\u00fb\u00a0? De notre point de vue, les universit\u00e9s ont toujours \u00e9chou\u00e9 \u00e0 cause de la consommation trop \u00e9lev\u00e9e de lubrifiant des syst\u00e8mes de pulv\u00e9risation test\u00e9s. Et c\u2019est pr\u00e9cis\u00e9ment ici que r\u00e9side le grand avantage d\u2019Unilube. Car nous sommes le seul fournisseur de microlubrification \u00e0 nous contenter d&rsquo;une fraction r\u00e9duite de lubrifiant [<a href=\"https:\/\/dev.globalbitdesign.com\/unilube\/minimalschmiersysteme\/warum-funktionierts\/\">comp. Pourquoi cela fonctionne-t-il\u00a0?<\/a>]. Dans l\u2019usinage du titane et de superalliages, nous avons \u00e9galement atteint jusqu\u2019ici de tr\u00e8s bons r\u00e9sultats sans gaz liqu\u00e9fi\u00e9 comme le CO<sub>2<\/sub>\u00a0et l\u2019azote. Car l\u2019usinage purement cryog\u00e9nique n\u2019est pas une solution optimale du point de vue des co\u00fbts et de l\u2019efficacit\u00e9 \u00e9nerg\u00e9tique et ne nous para\u00eet donc pas appropri\u00e9e. Notre approche serait de m\u00e9langer \u00e0 notre jet d\u2019air du gaz liqu\u00e9fi\u00e9 issu d\u2019une cartouche pour obtenir un effet de refroidissement suppl\u00e9mentaire. Il est \u00e9vident que le refroidissement est n\u00e9cessaire mais, en m\u00eame temps, renoncer compl\u00e8tement \u00e0 la lubrification serait une \u00e9norme erreur. L\u2019enl\u00e8vement de copeaux n\u00e9cessite toujours les deux composantes de la lubrification par refroidissement. Cette t\u00e2che, Unilube l\u2019a d\u00e9j\u00e0 aujourd\u2019hui parfaitement r\u00e9solue.<\/p>\n<h2 class=\"vc_custom_heading text-left\">Usinage quasi-sec avec la technique du tube vortex\u00a0:<\/h2>\n<p>Il serait tout aussi efficace de passer \u00e0 une solution alternative en renon\u00e7ant compl\u00e8tement \u00e0 l\u2019utilisation de gaz liqu\u00e9fi\u00e9 et en misant sur la combinaison avec un Syst\u00e8me de Lubrification Minimale. Ici, le jet d\u2019air provient en partie d\u2019un tube vortex qui g\u00e9n\u00e8re un air comprim\u00e9 tr\u00e8s chaud d\u2019un c\u00f4t\u00e9 et tr\u00e8s froid de l\u2019autre, jusqu\u2019\u00e0 -40\u00b0C, ceci gr\u00e2ce \u00e0 une m\u00e9canique des fluides bien peaufin\u00e9e.
